Goodyear Wingfoot Bowhunters Club

This range is open year-round, and offers quite a few targets, ranging from 10 yards to 60 yards.  They also have an extensive trail with a couple dozen targets.  Membership is required.  Memberships are $35 per family (you may wish to write first, as only limited memberships are available to non-Goodyear employees).  Members receive a key to the gate, you can go and shoot anytime.  They also have a schedule of shooting competitions, with year-end awards.  Sorry, crossbows are not permitted.

Westville Country Club - Indoor Archery Range

Directions: Get on I-77, towards Canton’s Belden Village area.  Just south of Belden Village, take Route 62 east.  Go for about 12.9 miles, and exit Alliance - State St.  Turn right (east), go about another 9.2 miles.  You’ll pass Route 165.  Not far after, turn right onto Case Rd.  Go about .9 miles (it curves left and then right), and the Westville Country Club Golf - Indoor Archery Range is on your left.  Address of Country club is 858 Case Rd., Beloit, Ohio, 44609.

Ohio Department of Natural Resources - Division of Wildlife
Berlin Wildlife Area (known to many as the 'Deerfield range')
Directions:  Take 224 east from Akron - it will dead-end into Route 183.  Go right (south), continue to the 4-way stop, and turn left (east) back onto Route 224.  Continue east about 2.4 miles, until you come to Route 225 (there will be a flashing yellow light), and turn right (south) onto Route 225.  Go south about 1.2 miles, and turn left onto Fewtown Road.  There is an Ohio Division of Wildlife sign saying "Berlin Lake Wildlife Area - Public hunting and fishing".  The archery range is ½ mile down on Fewtown Road - there is a dog training area on the left, and the very next drive on the right is the entrance to the archery parking lot.

Outdoor archery range (note - no facilities or amenities on site).  Open everyday sunrise to sunset, except holidays.  Open to the public.  Static targets at 10, 20, 25, 30 and 40 yards; short woods walk.  Free.  Crossbows permitted (primitive styles ok).  (for a full list of ODNR Division of Wildlife archery ranges, click here).
