Saturday, January 21st, 2012 - Gwyntarian Archer's Guild Annual Saint Sebastian's Day meeting
Time: 3:00 pm: Food. 5:00 pm: Meeting begins
Location: Lady Finna Jomarsdottir's house in New Franklin (just south of Akron) - please email for directions, or check with Finna at a Gwyntarian meeting.
Details: Come celebrate Saint Sebastian's Day with us! Meeting and potluck - please bring a dish to share. Please bring feast gear and your own chair if possible. Herbed roasted chicken and non-alcoholic drinks provided, wet site for whatever else you wish to bring (please imbibe responsibly and designate drivers). Plenty of off-street parking, house has both dogs and cats (cats will be upstairs), not child-proof.
The meeting will include election of officers, and reading of the charter. Anyone wishing to give a talk on any archery-related subject, come prepared and let the vingtenar know.
